Vancouver, June 16 - Starting June 29, Canadians will have the opportunity to embark in a new culinary experience heading to Vancouver this summer with Dining in the Dark: A Unique Blindfolded Dining Experience. This true foodie experience promises to enhance your senses by eliminating one of them - your eyesight!

Since July 2020, Fever has been producing Dining In The Dark across the world, collaborating with world class and hidden gem restaurants to provide a truly unique and bizarre culinary experience.

Eminent psychologists have been advocating dining in the dark as the ultimate taste experience for many years. Studies show that 80 per cent of people eat with their eyes; with that sense eliminated, the theory is that the other senses, namely taste and smell, take over to elevate your meal to a whole new level.

While visiting Fable Dine & Bar in Vancouver, diners will be able to choose between Green (Vegan), Red (Meat) or Blue (Seafood) menus and let themselves be carried away by their taste to guess the dishes. Offering a warm and inviting atmosphere, guests visiting Fable Dine & Bar, will enjoy amazing local, fresh food no matter which category they choose.

There will be various dates and times with tickets at $80.00 CAD available here. The dining experience lasts 90 minutes, with doors opening 30 minutes prior to the start time and late entry is not permitted.
