Fever brings the multi-sensory musical experience to awe-inspiring locations like the award-winning luxury resort
Abu Dhabi, UAE - After having delighted audiences in Dubai, Candlelight international concert series created by Fever will host, in partnership with Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi, for the first time in the city, a mesmerizing concert exclusively dedicated to showcasing the beauty of Iconic Arab Music. Hosted at the award-winning luxury resort on Friday, 6th October 2023, with two sessions scheduled at 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM, this event promises an unforgettable evening filled with enchanting melodies and cultural brilliance. In honor of its one-year anniversary in October, Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is set to host a series of celebratory events, and this experience stands as a remarkable highlight commemorating this milestone.
Guests will be immersed in a rich tapestry of Arab Music performed by the renowned Fusion Al Arab Group, presenting masterpieces such as "Tehaddoh El bashar" by Rashed Al-Majed, "Ana Fi Intizarak" by Umm Kulthum, "Adeesh Kan fe nas" and "Ahwak" by Fairuz, and "Garahouna" by George Wassouf and more.
Furthermore, on Saturday, 7th October, Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi will showcase The Best of Hans Zimmer, featuring a captivating blend of emotive melodies, powerful orchestration, and intricate sound design, creating immersive and unforgettable sonic landscapes. The adaptive program will include epic soundtracks for movies such as The Lion King, Gladiator, and Inception, which depict his ability to evoke intense emotions and enhance storytelling through music.
Candlelight Concerts are a series of original music concerts created by Fever aimed at democratizing access to classical music by allowing people worldwide to enjoy live music and candlelit performances played by local musicians in various stunning locations illuminated by thousands of candles.
Initially conceived as a classical music series with concerts featuring works from the greatest composers, such as Vivaldi, Mozart, and Chopin - now, the ever-growing list of programs includes various themes, genres, and tributes to contemporary artists like Queen, ABBA, Coldplay, and Ed Sheeran, as well as shows dedicated to K-Pop, movie soundtracks and many more. This multi-sensory experience has also evolved to feature different elements, such as ballet dancers or aerial performers, as well as other genres, such as jazz, soul, opera, flamenco and more.
