We Call It Flamenco: Spanish cultural heritage lands in Liverpool

Liverpool, 14th March 2024 - Prepare to immerse yourself in the soul-stirring rhythms and passionate melodies of Spain as Fever proudly presents We Call It Flamenco, a mesmerizing showcase of Spanish cultural heritage. Following its resounding success in Paris, this captivating flamenco extravaganza is set to enchant audiences in Liverpool starting in April.

We Call It Flamenco aims to transport spectators on a journey to the heart of Andalusia without leaving Liverpool. This one-of-a-kind experience celebrates the vibrant tradition of flamenco, an art form renowned for its fusion of music, dance, and storytelling. Over the course of an hour, attendees will be treated to an electrifying display of emotion and artistry as they explore six distinct flamenco styles, or "palos," brought to life by a talented ensemble of performers under the direction of María Farelo and Cristian Pérez.

In line with Fever's commitment to democratizing access to culture, this unique experience offers an opportunity for audiences of all backgrounds to revel in the magic of flamenco. Just as Fever's Candlelight Concerts have captivated audiences worldwide, We Call It Flamenco seeks to make cultural enrichment accessible and inclusive for everyone.

This experience will take place in the stunning St George’s Hall on Friday 5th of April.
