Machu Picchu: Journey to the Lost City, a groundbreaking virtual reality experience inspired by the world’s most captivating archaeological site, is set to make its UK debut this year. Opening in Manchester on 27 November, followed by London on 4 December, visitors will explore sacred temples, vibrant plazas, and mythical landscapes through cinematic storytelling and cutting-edge technology.

Following its success in other countries, such as the United States, Germany, and Singapore, the exhibition offers a visually stunning adventure—without compromising on the factual details—to the Peruvian Andes, unlocking access to a world long lost to time. Developed in collaboration with Virtual Worlds, a leading creative studio in immersive technologies and virtual reality experiences, Machu Picchu: Journey to the Lost City promises to combine both historical accuracy and fantastic elements to spark the imagination of guests of all ages.

Leading the journey is TERI, your robot companion. As guests explore temple corridors, terraced farms and sacred plazas, TERI offers valuable insights to each encounter. From soaring with condors above the Andes to stepping inside an Incan home during a solar eclipse, the experience beautifully captures the scale and spirit of a lost civilisation.

Designed for shared exploration and collaborative play, the experience invites families, friends, budding historians and fellow travellers to connect, discover and step into one of history’s most extraordinary realms.

Bringing Machu Picchu: Journey to the Lost City to Transmission House and W12 Shopping Centre is the first step in Fever’s vision to offer a range of virtual reality experiences under one roof. Soon, visitors will be able to choose from an array of worlds, civilisations, and stories to immerse themselves in.
