New York, June 4, 2025 — Fever has secured over $100 million in funding from L Catterton and Point72 Private Investments through the completion of an equity funding process, including existing investors. This reinforces its position as the world’s leading independent technology platform for live experiences. The capital will fuel Fever’s continued growth in music and sports, two verticals where the company has gained significant traction over the past year.

The technology platform —now operating in more than 40 countries and reaching hundreds of millions of people through its discovery platform and media— has become a trusted partner for prestigious institutions across all live entertainment verticals, with a strong track record in the past year in both sports and live music.

Fever has continued to cement its reputation as a disruptor in live entertainment, building a dynamic, multi-category, data-driven ecosystem that connects millions of fans worldwide with the most exciting venues, festivals, and independent promoters. Some recent marquee partnerships include influential independent promoters like TCE Presents, Cercle Music and Last Tour, iconic venues such as the Clapham Grand and Brooklyn Storehouse, and culture-defining festivals like Rock in Rio Lisboa, Primavera Sound, and Pitchfork Music Festival.

The platform also provides ticketing and demand generation for some of the world’s most renowned sports organizations, including Real Madrid and FC Barcelona, LIV Golf and the X Games.

This financing highlights a remarkable 2024, during which the company achieved over 20x revenue growth from pre-pandemic levels, while maintaining full-year EBITDA profitability.

Fever's technological developments answer a growing demand for a consumer-centric, innovation-led platform. Fever is on a mission to empower fans, promoters, venues, and cultural institutions alike. As a result, Fever is solidifying its position as the world’s leading independent live entertainment tech platform.

Point72 Private Investments’ backing of Fever underscores the growing role of technology in shaping the sports industry. Fever is now exploring opportunities to work with the New York Mets, owned by Point72 Chairman and CEO Steve Cohen, to further enhance fan engagement through experiences.

Fever will also leverage L Catterton’s deep consumer insights and look to unlock new opportunities to engage audiences through experiential marketing and branded events, in line with the growing trend of brands leveraging live experiences to strengthen customer connections.

As legacy players struggle to adapt, Fever is redefining the landscape, emerging as the independent, innovation-led alternative in a market long overdue for reinvention.
