After a sold-out 2024 comeback, The Experience Economy Meeting (TEM) reclaims its space as the must-attend international forum for leaders driving the future of culture, entertainment, and live experience on September 29-30th
Against the backdrop of a global immersive entertainment sector that The Financial Times recently described as entering a “new gold rush,” with market projections rising from £98 billion in 2023 to a forecasted £351 billion by 2030, TEM: The Experience Economy Meeting returns to Madrid on September 29–30, 2025, bringing together 200+ top decision-makers from across the live experience, culture, and entertainment landscape.
Co-produced by Fever, Exhibition Hub, and Semmel Exhibitions, TEM is a high-level, industry-built forum designed to chart the future of live experiences and culture-driven formats. Set in Florida Park, an iconic venue at the heart of Madrid’s El Retiro, this two-day summit will deliver sharp programming, immersive showcases, and an intimate format designed for in-depth conversation and global deal-making.
TEM’s 2024 edition marked the event’s post-pandemic revival after a five-year hiatus, attracting attention from industry voices across Europe, the U.S., and LATAM. In 2025, the forum expands its ambition with a cross-sector approach—blending insights from tech, touring, cultural institutions, fandom, and branded content.
- TEM Flea Market: A first-come, first-served showcase where attending companies pitch their most exciting IPs, formats, or services in tightly curated short time slots—offering a real-time window into what’s scaling, trending, and coming next.
- Conversation with Robin Givhan: Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist of The Washington Post will present her new book Make It Ours, a deep dive into the visionary legacy of Virgil Abloh.
- Artist-in-Conference: DJ Morrow: The New York Times–hailed avant-garde balloon artist joins the program with a site-specific commission, adding a playful, unexpected dimension to the forum’s exploration of space, design, and visual storytelling.
The 2025 program will explore the major creative, operational, and economic forces reshaping the experience economy—from the power of original formats and branded IP, to the evolving relationship between digital engagement and ticket sales. Attendees can expect timely discussions on touring, fandom, data-driven design, global content circulation, and the new dynamics between venues, producers, and platforms.
With confirmed supporters and sponsors including Imagine Exhibitions, Alegria Exhibition, Exhibition Hub, Proactiv Entertainment, FKP Scorpio Entertainment, JVS Trade Group, Madrid Artes Digitales (MAD), EFM Global, and COFO Exhibitions, TEM continues to position itself as a forum built by the industry for the industry. All proceeds are reinvested into quality hospitality and a format focused on peer-to-peer engagement.
