Fever will give Sydneysiders the chance to feast like never before at Dining in the Dark: Modern European Cuisine
Sydney: Leading entertainment discovery platform Fever is bringing a unique dining experience to Sydney this May, where diners can enjoy a tantalising modern European menu, completely in the dark!
Studies have shown that 80% of people eat with their eyes, so by eliminating sight, guests will enjoy an elevated dining experience, focusing on taste, smell and touch.
Hosted at Beast & Co. in Surry Hills, Dining in the Dark: Modern European Cuisine offers just that. Guests will enter a darkened room, put on a blindfold and enjoy a carefully curated secret menu with the opportunity to experience their food in a way they never have before.
Francisco Hein, Chief Marketing Officer & Co-Founder at Fever said: “We know Aussies love their food, but are they fully experiencing the delicious flavours at their fingertips? Following success in other markets, we’re incredibly excited to bring this unique sensory experience to Aussie shores that elevates guests' dining experience by letting sound, smell, taste and touch take over.”
Dining in the Dark: Modern European Cuisine will be held at Beast & Co. (425 Bourke Street, Surry Hills) from Wednesday, 11 May. Tickets are available here for $110 per person for 6pm and 8:30pm sittings, each of which are approximately 90 minutes
