September 17, 2026 – Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, today announced it has raised $250 million in a primary equity financing round, the largest ever for a live-entertainment tech company. EQT, Europe's largest private markets investor, led the round, with significant participation from Point72 Private Investments, Baillie Gifford, as well as other existing investors.

The round follows three years of sustained growth at scale, during which Fever has more than tripled its revenue, remained EBITDA-positive, and strengthened its position across North America and Asia.

In a world rapidly being reshaped by AI, demand for in-person, shared experiences is accelerating, as more people turn to live entertainment for the kind of connection no screen can offer. Fever's mission, to democratise access to culture and live entertainment, sits at the centre of that shift, and this funding allows the company to accelerate it.

Fever, co-founded and led by three Spaniards, Ignacio Bachiller, Francisco Hein and Alexandre Perez, will use the capital to expand its geographic footprint beyond the 55 countries in which it operates today and to deepen its presence across all major entertainment categories. It will also step up investment in technology and tools for its partners — promoters, venues, sports teams, attractions, artists, museums and cultural institutions — helping them understand demand, reach the right audiences, optimise ticketing and take successful formats into new markets.

This partner-first approach has led to collaborations with many of the most iconic institutions in global culture and entertainment. Formula 1, SailGP, X Games, the FIFA Arab Cup, Kew Gardens (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), the National Museum of the Royal Navy and the Frida Kahlo Museum have recently joined a roster that already includes FC Barcelona, Atlético de Madrid, the Palace of Versailles, Netflix and Warner Bros.

Under its new global agreement with Formula 1, Fever will serve as an Official Supplierthrough 2031, providing ticketing technology and supporting fan-experience optimisation. Fever will roll out its new platform across every Grand Prix worldwide through Formula 1’s official global website, while the two companies will jointly implement cutting-edge solutions to enhance the fan experience and expand the international distribution of official race tickets, hospitality and Paddock Club packages.

While the technology industry debates what AI can replace, Fever is building the world's infrastructure for what it cannot: the energy of a live crowd, the memory of a shared moment, the connection between performer and audience.
