Fever and HSBC UK are joining forces once again to host an exclusive Candlelight® in support of Shelter, the housing and homelessness charity. On 16 October, Candlelight: Pop Anthems will take place at the University of Birmingham, where a local string quartet will perform iconic hits spanning the decades, from Taylor Swift and the Spice Girls to The Beatles and Amy Winehouse. Tickets are available now via Fever’s app and website, with all revenue donated to Shelter.

For the first time, Candlelight will transform the university with its signature immersive and intimate atmosphere, as thousands of candles create an unforgettable concert experience.

As part of the wider programme supporting Shelter, Fever and HSBC UK will also present a Candlelight experience in London on 29 October at the iconic St Paul’s Cathedral. Pop icon Melanie C will perform live with a three-piece band and a string quartet, under the glow of thousands of candles. The first wave of tickets for London has already sold out, with a final release opening on 15 October for waitlist subscribers.

This initiative builds on the success of last year’s Candlelight Concert series debut which raised over £82,000 in donations for Shelter.
