Spanning 50,000 Square Feet, the Immersive Exhibition Blends Digital Art and Multi-Sensory Experiences Inspired by Nature
(July 9, 2025, New York, NY) – Arte Museum New York, the immersive exhibition themed around ‘Eternal Nature’ that has welcomed almost 10 million visitors from all over the globe, is opening on September 1, 2025, at Chelsea Piers. Produced by world-class Korean digital design and art company d’strict, the internationally acclaimed show invites audiences to connect with the natural world through state-of-the-art technologies and bespoke sensorial content that create an immersive environment unlike any other. Guests can now purchase tickets through Fever’s marketplace here.
Arte Museum New York guides visitors through multiple scenes reflecting both the beauty and power of nature. Cutting-edge digital technology transforms the spaces, immersing guests in nature’s most awe-inspiring scenes. The much-anticipated show follows its US debut in Las Vegas (“Arte Museum Las Vegas”) in November 2023, where it received a 4.8/5 review rating from the public and media. The upcoming Arte Museum New York is twice the size of its Las Vegas sibling and features an almost entirely new roster of artworks, offering a fresh experience even for those who have previously visited other exhibitions in the series.
Newly designed scenes for New York City invite visitors to immerse themselves in endless fields of roses, be enveloped in the unfolding of a blooming rose, or lose themselves as they follow the journey of the hibiscus seed as it comes to life. Visitors will observe a darkened beach that begins to stir with life, and stand at the base of towering waterfalls, in front of a crashing wave, within a tranquil forest, and more. Guests can also create visuals in the LIVE SKETCHBOOK exhibit, where they can sketch animals that are brought to life in the sights and sounds of a serene jungle.
In addition to the breathtaking scenes of nature, there is NEW YORK IS ART, a New York-themed work that channels the city’s freedom and diversity to reimagine iconic locations and periods in the city’s history through the lenses of ‘dream’, ‘variety’, and ‘love’.
Supplementing the visuals, the journey is enhanced by a soundscape from award-winning composer Young-gyu Jang and bespoke scents from a master perfumer from Grasse, France. Visitors are also encouraged to enjoy the Arte Cafe for tea-based mocktails that reflect the essence of the works, pairing delicious flavors with harmonic music, visuals, and scent to create a truly multi-sensory journey.
“We aim to allow audiences to experience the full spectrum of sensations found in nature, not just view colorful visuals,” said Sean Lee, CEO of d’strict. “Through projection mapping, multi-image control, and sensor-based interaction, we transform entire spaces into immersive works of art. We’re so excited to bring Arte Museum to New York, a city defined by its energy and creativity, where we can offer the perfect contrast: a serene, sensory escape in the heart of one of the world’s most vibrant urban centers.”
Arte Museum launched in 2020 in South Korea and has expanded to major cities across the globe, winning numerous awards, including the iF Design Award. To date, almost 10 million visitors have enjoyed Arte Museum across seven different venues in Asia, the UAE (Dubai), and Las Vegas.
