​Cork will host Candlelight®: The Wizard of Oz - A Classical Concert

Warner Bros. Discovery Global Experiences and Fever have partnered to present a one-of-a-kind concert series, featuring the original soundtrack of the acclaimed film illuminated by the glow of thousands of candles

Warner Bros. Discovery Global Experiences and Fever, the leading entertainment discovery platform, are proud to present Candlelight®: The Wizard of Oz – A Classical Concert, an exclusive concert series coming to Cork.

This one-of-a-kind musical experience features a classical interpretation of songs from the original soundtrack from The Wizard of Oz. Among the highlights of the program is a stirring rendition of the beloved classic “Over the Rainbow”, along with iconic pieces such as “If I Only Had a Brain”, “We’re Off to See the Wizard”, “Follow the Yellow Brick Road”, and more. 

On October 26, Aula Maxima at University College Cork will be transformed by the warm glow of thousands of candles, as a local string quartet delivers a moving performance that takes audiences on a journey to the Land of Oz. Sign up for the Waiting List at Fever’s app and website.
