Candlelight® by Live Your City is bringing its Candlelight Signature series to Gurugram this August, presenting contemporary Bollywood and Sufi music through live instrumental performances at The Quorum. Set against the warm glow of candlelight, the experience brings together music, architecture and atmosphere, offering a different setting in which to revisit familiar melodies.
Taking place on August 22, the Candlelight Signature will feature tribute to Arijit Singh and Mehfil-e-Sufi, bringing together two distinct expressions of India’s music culture. From compositions such as Sajni Re and Kesariya to timeless Sufi favourites including Mast Qalandar and Kun Faya Kun, the evening revisits familiar melodies through instrumental interpretations that retain the emotion at their core.
The series reflects Candlelight’s approach to reinterpreting familiar music through carefully curated live performances and distinctive settings. At The Quorum, the candlelit setting and intimate format create an experience that sits between a concert and an evening of music, inviting audiences to engage with well-known compositions in a more atmospheric setting.
