Perth | May 2026 - For the first time in Western Australia, Harry Potter fans will be invited to step into the shadows of a Forbidden Forest Experience, an unforgettable, multi-sensory nighttime experience under the stars. Tickets are now on sale at https://hpforbiddenforestexperience.com/perth/.
Launching in the heart of Kalamunda’s Jorgensen Park on Friday 12 June 2026, this illuminated nighttime trail will transform the natural bushland into a living, breathing celebration of the world of Harry Potter.
As darkness falls, visitors will follow a winding woodland path where towering trees and original soundscapes create a sense of mystery, wonder and adventure at every turn.
Along the trail, fans will come face-to-face with some of the most beloved and elusive magical creatures from the Harry Potter™ and Fantastic Beasts™ films.
From the graceful Hippogriff to the mischievous Niffler, magical encounters are brought vividly to life through cutting-edge light, projection and interactive elements. Visitors will also have the chance to cast spells and revisit iconic moments from the films in the first outdoor Harry Potter experience in Western Australia.
Designed as a truly all-ages adventure, Harry Potter™: A Forbidden Forest Experience invites families, friends and devoted fans alike to explore at their own pace, whether discovering hidden details, capturing magical photo moments, or simply soaking in the atmosphere of the forest after dark.
The journey culminates in a themed village where guests can warm up and extend the experience with a curated selection of themed food and drinks, including cosy winter favourites, alongside an exclusive retail offering featuring official Harry Potter merchandise and bespoke souvenirs unique to the experience.
Having already captivated more than two million visitors worldwide across cities including London, New York, and Singapore, the experience’s Perth debut marks a major cultural moment for Western Australia, bringing one of the world’s most beloved franchises into a uniquely local, natural setting.

To support a smooth and well-managed arrival, guests will access the experience via a dedicated shuttle service operating between 5:00pm and 11:00pm. Departing from a designated parking area at S&R Orchard, the shuttle transports visitors directly to the entrance of the experience. Accessible parking will be available onsite for those who need it.
Harry Potter™️: A Forbidden Forest Experience will be presented from Friday June 12, 2026, for a limited time at Jorgensen Park, Perth.
Tickets are on sale at https://hpforbiddenforestexperience.com/perth/. Admission to the experience starts at $52, with time-entry tickets required. The approximate duration of the experience is 45-60 minutes.
Guests will access the experience via a dedicated shuttle service operating between 5:00pm and 11:00pm.
Departing from a designated parking area at S&R Orchard, the shuttle transports visitors directly to the entrance of the experience.
Parking tickets are sold separately, with the return shuttle service included. Each shuttle accommodates up to 25 passengers, and on-site staff will be available at the parking location to assist guests and guide them to the pick-up point, helping ensure a smooth and comfortable start to the experience.
